We are hereon referred to as “ us”, “we”, “our” or “Laundry baskett”.
A user is any individual or any entity that legally operates in India or in any other country. A user has the full right to use any service provided by Laundry Baskett. The services provided by Laundry Baskett is only applicable to those who can form a legal binding contract, which means that the user cannot be a minor (below the age of 18years). Laundry Baskett, is a professional, premium website based laundry service. Through this service a user can arrange a pick up for their clothes, which is then processed by us in-house or through a third party, after which they are delivered back to the customer. Laundry Baskett is not responsible for any consequences caused by any of its users and has the full authority to terminate its service to any user, in its sole discretion.
These terms and conditions along with our privacy policy give you all the legal information required for you to know, under which we provide our service to you through our website.
We advise you to take a print out of these Terms and have them saved on your computer for further reference.
We update this page every now and then without any prior information and therefore it is advisable for the user to always go through the Terms before using any of our services. If you continue using our services then as a user, you are agreeing to abide by the Terms. Our Terms will be effective immediately upon updating and for any reason if you do not abide by them then you must immediately stop using our services.
Laundry Baskett reserves the right to hold the user’s information such as name, email address, contact and other details that are required to be provided by them in order for us to provide our services. All the data collected is on authenticated basis. All services will be terminated in case there is any misuse of information or contact details. Laundry Baskett also holds the authority to deny access to any user for any or all of its services without any prior notice. Also, due to any technical problems, if the user is unable to access our website, we are not liable as the issue may be beyond our control, however we will try our best to fix the problem.
Bookings Related
Laundry Baskett’s service is available from Mon-sat, 10am to 7pm. Once you have scheduled a pick up, you will get a call from our executive and he will be at your doorstep at the mentioned time, however, we do not guarantee it. Your clothes will be delivered at the mentioned time, but again we do not guarantee it. All the garments must be counted at the time of pick up and at the time of delivery. Once your items are delivered back to you Laundry Baskett is not answerable for any loss of items post delivery. In case of a cancellation, the customer can always reschedule a pick up.
Payment Related
Payment is only accepted by cash upon delivery of the clothes. A bill will be handed over to the customer at the time of delivery. All bills will include a standard service tax which is mandatory. In case of an advance payment, it will be recorded at the time of collecting the material.
Damaged or lost items
We at Laundry Baskett, will try our best to process your clothes in the best way possible, but in a rare case if an item is damage, torn or lost we will try our best to rectify our fault. However, if that is not possible, then we will reimburse the customer 10 times our dry cleaning charge regardless of what brand the item is.
